Dear Mr. President,
I don't trust you. I'm very disturbed by recent revelations regarding intelligence failures
under your watch. Since you've become president, we've had
9 / 11, anthrax, and ricin, not to mention the lost jobs and huge
deficit. Since you've been in office, we've been attacked like
never before, at least not since Pearl Harbor. This issue
is very serious and bothers me tremendously. Thousands of
people are dying or getting injured because of your faulty or deceptive
intelligence, your ideology, and your plain stupidity. People
around the world have lost respect for our nation because of you, and they
are more angry now than ever. If we can't trust you or
your intelligence sources on Iraq WMD's we can't trust you on anything,
including terror warnings, Afghanistan, the environment, economy,
education, health care,
campaign finance reform, and a host of other issues.
You've
appointed a "Commission", to investigate the "intelligence" and write a
report next March. You apparently believe the American people are stupid and can't see
through your obvious delay tactics. You delay the 9/11
investigation.
You like to claim that you have made
the world a "safer" place. Are you out of your mind
Mr. Bush?
Haven't you noticed that you, personally, are a direct object of
international hatred, and that encourages people to attack us, both here
and abroad. Your policies and attitudes are a serious
danger to our country, and many other countries as well. We are not safer because of you. People hate us more.
What you've done is throw stones at a huge beehive. Now we're all in
worse danger.
And what about us here at home? I mean, aren't jobs a part of
national security ? How about the environment ?
Does clean air and water mean anything to you ? What about
health care ? Won't the nation be more secure if we are
healthy ? Stop using 9 /11 as your shield, as if you can't
think of anything else. If you really want to fight a
war, don't you need good healthy citizens, with jobs and secure homes, to
keep up the supply of soldiers and military goods ? And if they don't trust you,
why should they go fight on your behalf ? Any soldier can see
how phony you are, pretending to be some great pilot hero. You
got off easy during the Vietnam war and you know it. You don't
care one bit about the veterans who served there, or anywhere else.
You were busy drinking and partying. Some patriot !
Anyway, I know I'm wasting my time writing to you, because you don't
listen to your
"citizens". If you did, you would realize that I'm not
alone in saying I can't trust your administration one bit. You're just not true to your word, George;
it's as simple as that. You've told too many lies to too many
people for too long. When credibility is lost leaders
should get out of office or be impeached for breach of trust.
You're supposed to be a "public servant". We pay
your salary and allow you to ride around on Air Force 1. Have
you forgotten ? You're nothing, a big zero, without taxpayers
and voters like us.
Because you've destroyed our credibility around the world, harmed our
environment, economy, education system, and health care, I believe
you should be impeached for treason. If I'm not mistaken, you
support the death penalty for that.
Fortunately, you won't survive this election, so good bye.
Maybe the Air National Guard needs you in Iraq or Afghanistan.
You could become a real hero there, Dubya. You might even find
Osama after all. I'd be a little skeptical of what your
"intelligence" tells you, however. If you can't get back into
the military, I suggest you go back to running a small football
team. You can act out all your aggression there without
hurting anyone.
