D.U.H. today announced yet another result of one of their long term studies.
The Department spokesperson said at the press release that it turns out, people all around the world have a really lot in common.
“For a long time, most people thought people in distant lands were very strange, and different. It was a common assumption and accepted as fact. However, when we sent our teams out to investigate the alien peoples, we made some surprising discoveries.
For example, “, he said, ” pretty much every where we went, people enjoyed their families, and sex. Everyone likes sex. But they had many other things in common as well, such as art, music, sports, planting crops, making homes, and worship. Fighting is also very popular, but so is playing. It’s likely this is related to our genes, since it’s so common.”
“Now we have to readjust our thinking,” he said. “Where do we draw the line, or is there a line at all ? Important questions must be addressed. Are we all related like a big tribe ? Is war like cannibalism ? It’s very confusing now,” he sighed. We’ll certainly begin to involve our educational system to alert them about this new conclusion. For some people this is tough news.”
It would also help a lot if more people traveled to more places. After all, it was quite clear to all our investigators once they actually had personal experience with the strangers from other places, that in fact there was much in common.”
